We worked on a collection of lyric animated visuals for Alfie Templeman’s sophomore album ‘Radiosoul’.
We created the video animations by combining kinetic typography with bold motion graphics techniques and designing type that bends, flickers, and morphs in sync with the rhythm of each track. This allowed the lyrics to feel alive on screen, moving with the same energy as the music itself.

To capture different moods, we used a mix of animation methods. For dreamy, atmospheric moments, we applied wave distortions, fluid warping, and gradient overlays to give the text an underwater or floating effect. For high-energy sections, we leaned on rapid cuts, glitch transitions, and scale-driven text pops, which emphasized the punch of the beat and kept the visuals dynamic.

We balanced clean digital motion graphics with hand-crafted details to keep the videos both polished and personal. Subtle textures, layering, and timing adjustments helped the animations feel organic rather than mechanical, matching Alfie’s playful yet refined sound.

By using these tools and techniques, we turned each lyric video into more than just text on screen. The animations act as a visual extension of the music, amplifying its mood, rhythm, and personality while keeping the focus on Alfie’s storytelling.
